The Water Heater Company came to my rescue when my water heater started leaking and making interesting noises. Turn around time is what’s most important in times when uncalled for last minute issues like this arise and boy were they quick in getting everything back to normal. They came by same day and the gentlemen that showed up for the repair was very knowledgeable in his field and took care of the problem and most importantly the cause of it. The main pressure valve had gone bad causing the the water heater to overflow and send an annoying noise all throughout the water pipes. Repaired and back no normal all in less than 4 hours after the call was placed! That’s what I call service! 5 stars all around and I know exactly who to call for fast & honest services at very feasible prices. Thank you to the Water Heater Company.

Mitchell arrived right on time from another job. He immediately provided advice on the choices I had been considering (I had left in a written message to The Water Heater Company) e.g., tank-less vs. tank heater, a softener, a circulator, city code documents, and other minor heater plumbing changes, under tank drain tray, etc. Every item was available, and he was immediately available to complete the job because all hardware was in his truck; all along the way we discussed options and pros and cons of each. I expressed concern about my existing pressure regulator and gave him the symptoms I was aware of, and he included a new regulator and pressure release valve; all hardware was in his van and the symptoms are now non-existent. Mitchell was highly organized, his workflow was very efficient, and his cleanup was exemplary. I’m a certified Safety Engineer and have observed the installation of my inside-outside HVAC system, Pool pump installation, thermostat replacement a solar energy system installation, 300 sq. ft. addition and a full repipe of my home; Mitchell’s workmanship, attention to detail, and customer care standout as the best I’ve seen.

Our water wasn’t getting hot so we knew we had to get the water heater fixed or replaced. Since ours was 16 years old, I knew it was time to replace it. I contacted The Water Heater Company and got an appointment the following day. Our technician was Zak and he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything. He gave us our options and was not pushy at all. We were also having issues with our water pressure regulator and we were able to get that fixed too. Everything was done in less than 4 hours! I would highly recommend Zak.

The Water Heater Company earns, and deserves, all the good reviews they get on Yelp. They recently installed a new Bradford-White gas tank water heater for us. They also installed a new (needed) water regulator valve. Anthony, Mitchell, and the entire team were responsive, competent, and courteous. They were also open and honest about price. Their prices were very fair and competitive. They did competent work, in compliance with all code requirements. They also have a good warranty for their labor, better than most. Am happy to recommend them to others.

Once again The Water Heater Company came out quickly and fixed the problem(s) and were prompt, pleasant and did amazing work. I always appreciate their abundant communication letting me keep my regular work day without having to wait around for them to arrive. A text when they were 30 min. away and I was here to open the door. Will absolutely use them again.
