Trustworthy & Clean
We had them come out last year to replace our water heater, and they were great. Fas forward to this year and our water heaters hot water seemed like it was running out quickly. They came out and stayed over an hour making sure everything was working how it was supposed to. They changed the thermostats and both heating elements and things work great now. Marc covered his shoes before entering the house, was very professional, left no mess, and fixed the problem. It’s hard to find trustworthy repair people where we live, but we took a chance and are very happy with their service and pricing. -

Knowledgeable & Highly Recommendable
Our old 40-gallon water heater was falling and needed to be changed. We wanted to go with a tankless heater. After searching for many plumbing companies, we called The Water Heater Company. Josh came out, and we discussed tankless verses tank heaters. Logistically, it turned out it was best for us to go with a new 50-gallon tank heater. We also had a problem with it taking a very long time for hot water to reach our fixtures. Josh suggested installing a recirculation pump and a bypass valve; we agreed. Wow, it’s been two weeks, and our new 50-gallon tank heater with recirculation pump has been great! We have hot water super fast, and plenty of it! Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very nice, too! For your water tank needs, I definitely highly recommend you consider their company when it’s time to get a new water heater! -
To The Rescue
I give Evan and The Water Heater Company our highest recommendation for water heater replacement! When my 21 year old water heater started leaking on Mother’s Day Sunday, I looked on the internet for help! Most everything said “closed on Sat & Sun,” or looked like they were really going to charge a lot for after normal hours emergency service. I called The Water Heater Company (seems like a no-brainer, right?) and spoke with extraordinarily helpful Erynn who had me send photos of my problem and gave me directions on how to shut off the leaking. Then she sent Tanner out to make certain I was in an okay situation and what the best fix for my situation would be. To the rescue came Evan and Josh, who beautifully installed a new water heater – best of all, they were really compulsive (just like me) in making sure everything was done neatly and perfectly! Plus, Evan explained how everything worked so I would know what to do if I ever wanted hotter water or colder water or had another problem. Great Job, The Water Heater Company. Thank you all! -
Hard Work & Dedication
Bottom line: I had a *perfect* experience thanks to Evan, Gonaz, and The Water Heater Company (TWHC). If you need *any* help with your water heater, your search is over. The water heater that came with my house was not working, and when Evan came to diagnose the problem, it started flashing a new code, meaning it was toast. (He was on Facetime with the manufacturer, so he did nothing wrong.) Since it wouldn’t be cheap to replace the water heater, I decided to go ahead with upgrading to an electric heat pump water heater (since my home has solar panels). I did a ton of research in 24 hours- because showering with cold water sucks–shopped around for quotes, and decided to move forward with TWHC since they were competitively priced and because they have “water heater” in the name. Evan went above and beyond, doing absolutely great work in a garage that was 100 degrees or more. (we set up fans and I brought him cold water.) He got it all done in a single day. Just perfect.

Reliable Rinnai Unit Services
I needed to have my tankless Rinnai water tank flushed and descaled and found their certified recommendation on the Rinnai site. I had an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They were here when they said they would be and gave a 30 minute window of arrival text. They were very helpful and answered my many questions, as this was my first service since owning the product. They were honest, informative and reasonable with cost. I definitely will be using them as my go to service rep for the Rinnai. I will certainly recommend them to my neighbors for their Rinnai units. -
A Specialized Local Company
Our 14 year old tankless water heater had been acting up. We would loose water pressure off and on and when the water pressure went down we also lost hot water. after a few minutes the water pressure would come back and also the hot water. This was mostly in the shower, so very annoying. I was referred to The Water Heater Company and called them in addition to my regular plumber. I liked the fact that they are a small local company that specializes in water heaters. Mitchell W. came out a couple of days after I called, analyzed our problem and gave us a quote. We booked an appointment to have the new water heater installed. Mitchell was on time, efficiently installed the heater and left the job clean. We are now good to go. -

We had The Water Heater Company do a swap from a tank to a tankless and upgraded a few other parts of the system. The technician, Marc, was A+. He was polite, timely, and very hardworking. I appreciate the upfront details about the work he was going to do and where things could go and what our options were. They were on the slightly higher end of the quotes I received for this work, but they were well worth it if you want high quality work that is done quickly and with someone who communicates well and is trustworthy.

Mark was such an excellent technician. He spent the whole day redoing our water heater including fixing a backwards-installed water softener (which I had no idea was backwards installed). He was kind, considerate (always took off and put on his shoe covers when he went outside and came back in), and did an excellent job. These folks are the best. Highly recommend them. -

The Water Heater Company came to my rescue when my water heater started leaking and making interesting noises. Turn around time is what’s most important in times when uncalled for last minute issues like this arise and boy were they quick in getting everything back to normal. They came by same day and the gentlemen that showed up for the repair was very knowledgeable in his field and took care of the problem and most importantly the cause of it. The main pressure valve had gone bad causing the the water heater to overflow and send an annoying noise all throughout the water pipes. Repaired and back no normal all in less than 4 hours after the call was placed! That’s what I call service! 5 stars all around and I know exactly who to call for fast & honest services at very feasible prices. Thank you to the Water Heater Company. -
Highly Organized & Efficient
Mitchell arrived right on time from another job. He immediately provided advice on the choices I had been considering (I had left in a written message to The Water Heater Company) e.g., tank-less vs. tank heater, a softener, a circulator, city code documents, and other minor heater plumbing changes, under tank drain tray, etc. Every item was available, and he was immediately available to complete the job because all hardware was in his truck; all along the way we discussed options and pros and cons of each. I expressed concern about my existing pressure regulator and gave him the symptoms I was aware of, and he included a new regulator and pressure release valve; all hardware was in his van and the symptoms are now non-existent. Mitchell was highly organized, his workflow was very efficient, and his cleanup was exemplary. I’m a certified Safety Engineer and have observed the installation of my inside-outside HVAC system, Pool pump installation, thermostat replacement a solar energy system installation, 300 sq. ft. addition and a full repipe of my home; Mitchell’s workmanship, attention to detail, and customer care standout as the best I’ve seen. -
Professional & Beyond
Our water wasn’t getting hot so we knew we had to get the water heater fixed or replaced. Since ours was 16 years old, I knew it was time to replace it. I contacted The Water Heater Company and got an appointment the following day. Our technician was Zak and he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with everything. He gave us our options and was not pushy at all. We were also having issues with our water pressure regulator and we were able to get that fixed too. Everything was done in less than 4 hours! They also installed a new (needed) water regulator valve. Anthony, Mitchell, and the entire team were responsive, competent, and courteous. They were also open and honest about price. Their prices were very fair and competitive. They did competent work, in compliance with all code requirements. They also have a good warranty for their labor, better than most. Am happy to recommend them to others. -
